Order Acceptance Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched from Vadodara, India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. International orders (including EU) may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Customs & Import Duties (EU & International Customers) For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by your country's authorities upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Novelties is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period).
