EFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, contact us at noveltiesbaroda@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The standard 30-day return window above applies in addition to this right.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at noveltiesbaroda@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at noveltiesbaroda@yahoo.com.
