At Novelties®, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return along with photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
